At RSKM Sports, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Hazardous materials or toxic chemicals

  • Intimate or sanitary products

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable software products

  • Gift cards

  • Certain personal care and health items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use

  • Opened or used software, video games, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returns Process

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping
